How to heat safely:

Place your wheatie warmer flat in the microwave.

Heat for 2 minutes on high, then check the temperature.

If more warmth is needed, continue heating in 30-second intervals until comfortably warm (do not exceed 3 minutes total).

Always test the temperature before placing directly on skin.

Never leave unattended while heating, and do not overheat.
