Great news! We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 New Zealand wide. Just spend $150 or more after any discounts have been applied to qualify. For all orders under $150 we have a flat rate of just $7.50 for nationwide shipping in New Zealand. Our carrier is Post Haste which is for the most part of NZ an overnight tracked service. For Rural deliveries we have a postage rate of $9.50 expect a further two days transit. The online tracking service for all rural delivery parcels will be only to the local drop off point, which is usually your local post shop. From here is it delivered by your local postie.
Please ensure your shipping/delivery details are accurate as we take no responsibility for lost packages should the wrong details be given. We recommend always selecting "Signature Required on Delivery" at the checkout. We cannot deliver to any PO Box's so please ensure you provide a physical address.
Store Pick Up
We are located in Richmond, Nelson. If you would like to collect your parcel please select pick up from store at the checkout. Once your items are ready for collection we will email you our address details and arrange a suitable time for collection.
International Shipping (Australia)
There is a flat rate of $18 to Australia. Standard shipping takes three to ten working days via New Zealand Post. This is a non-tracked method, but if you would like a tracked option we can obtain a quote for you. Please email us at email@example.com for a quote. Please be aware that we are not liable for any additional taxes/import duty that may incur during transit and/or on delivery.
International Shipping (Rest of the world)
A flat rate of $25 applies for worldwide postage. Standard shipping option is six to fourteen working days through New Zealand Post. Please note this is a non tracked option. If you would like tracking to be included please email for a quote - firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be aware that we are not liable for any additional taxes/import duty that may incur during transit and/or on delivery.
If your order is needing a customisation, please allow two-three working days for us to process your order. We only start this process once your payment has cleared. Please note we do not ship over the weekend or on public holidays, so any orders placed on a Friday afternoon/Saturday/Sunday will go out the following week, after any customisation times have applied. Once your order is on it's way you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
If you are not happy with your FinndieLoo product, please let us know. Personalised items such as Plunket Covers, Book Bags and Swim Bag etc cannot be exchanged (except when deemed as faulty). Sale items are non refundable. Any refunds will be reimbursed via the same payment method you selected for your order.
