If you have purchased any of our preorder items they will be shipped out together with any other items on the date specified within the product description of the preorder. If you would prefer items sent out sooner (non-preorders) you will need to place two separate orders.
We are pretty excited to now offer LAYBUY as a payment option.
Purchase using LAYBUY as payment and not only will you receive your order NOW, the cost is spread over 6 weekly automatic payments that are entirely interest free!
If you would like to purchase using LAYBUY, all you have to do is:
- Once you've filled your cart, head to the checkout and at the payment screen select LAYBUY
- New customers will be taken to the LAYBUY website to register and complete their purchase, while returning customers can simply sign in.
- Your order is processed immediately and we treat it no different to any other order (please note our usual turnaround times still apply). Your payment schedule will be created and only a sixth of your order is due today, the rest is split over the remaining five weeks.
There is no MINIMUM SPEND on our website!
LAYBUY is only available to our New Zealand and Australian customers. Laybuy is a third party so any questions you have surrounding your laybuy must be delt with directly by them.
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
Our busy website generates many orders for us to personalise.
We have have structured each week with 2 processing days, Tuesday and Friday. These are the days we apply names to products, all packaging and courier collection takes place. The other days of the week are for prepping each order with names.
Please allow 3-4 working days after your payment has cleared for us to send your order. Payment by online banking usually clears the next business day. We are unable to fast track your order, so please order in advance for any special occasions coming up.
We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 2 days for delivery domestically for Urban areas, 2-4 days for Rural.
1 week internationally (Tracked service).
All parcels are signature obtained unless you have requested differently.
Returns and Exchange
If you are not happy with your FinndieLoo product, please let us know. You are welcome to return your item/s for a full refund less shipping cost. Items must be returned in new and saleable condition and returned within 7 days of you receiving it. Personalised items such as named plunket book covers, book bags, swimming bags and diaries cannot be exchanged (except where deemed as faulty). Sale items are non refundable.
Please Note: Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
