My resent purchase looks cheap and nasty in comparison with the name printed onto what looks like a big white sticker. Sellers Response: Hi Erin We are sorry to hear how unhappy you are with the name. I just wanted to clarify that the Name is not put onto a sticker, the name and backing are both vinyl. We have been naming our Santa stockings this way since last Christmas and all of our images do show the white rounded rectangle behind the names. We changed to this method as it better matches all of our other personalised products which either have an oval or circle behind the name. We would have been happy to do the name the same way as your previous stocking had there been a request to do so on your order. Please let us know if you wish to return the Stocking for a refund?
